Founded by Architect and Veteran Joe Sinclair, our firm is a full-service architecture practice based in Charleston, West Virginia. We specialize in commercial design, commercial renovations and additions, residential design, residential renovations and additions, and historic preservation and adaptive reuse services throughout the State of West Virginia.
Meet Joe Sinclair, AIA
AIA Architect with 20 Years of Experience in
Commercial, Residential, and Historic Projects
Joe Sinclair, AIA, brings nearly 20 years of professional architectural experience to Sinclair Architecture. With a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Fairmont State University and a Master of Architecture from the Savannah College of Art & Design, Joe has worked with various Architecture and Engineering firms across West Virginia and in Savannah and Atlanta, Georgia. His extensive experience spans a variety of commercial, residential, and historic preservation projects.
Joe is a registered Architect in West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, and the District of Columbia. He holds an NCARB certificate, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is CDT certified. In addition to his professional practice, Joe is a former Adjunct Professor, having taught Architecture, Building Construction, Sustainable Design and Construction, and Construction Management courses for a decade at BridgeValley Community & Technical College and Fairmont State University.
